This article gives an overview of the functionality the Paazl web app offers for managing your orders & shipments.

Paazl enables you to create, view, edit and delete orders once your customers have confirmed orders by paying for them. The main advantage of storing your order details in Paazl's database is that this enables you to use Paazl to generate and print shipping labels, and to send track & trace notifications for both outbound and return shipments. You have information on all the carriers you work with in one place, which means you don't have to consult each carrier's site separately.

Creating orders

You can create orders in Paazl in one of two ways:

• Using Paazl's REST API order endpoint
• Manually using the Paazl web app

Viewing orders

Paazl's Order overview provides you with a lot of information on your orders, such as order date, shipping address, carrier, status, etc.

Editing orders

Each order has an Order details page, which is where you change the order's details.

Deleting orders

As long as an order's label has not been scanned, you can delete it. See Deleting orders for an explanation of how to do this.
