Release 23.24 will contain improvements for the carriers DHL Parcel, UPS and Team Global Express (TollGroup).

	What's changed
DHL Parcel	We added postal codes validation in Ireland for several shipping options.
UPS	We removed package content requirements from Domestic GB shipments.
Team Global Express (Tollgroup)	We updated the Track & Trace URL.
