Release 23.10 will contain improvements for the our REST API and Email notifications

	What's changed
REST	We improved POST checkout request to store the general identifier and metadata. We adjusted our POST shipment to prevent requests for label types that are not supported by the carrier.
Notifications	We enabled email notifications for inbound status updates.
