Release 23.09 will contain improvements for the carriers Fedex, GLS, and Mondial Relay

	What's changed
Fedex	We improved the PDF label alignment.
GLS	We have increased the amount of labels a multi parcel shipment can print to 99.
Mondial Relay	We have split up the pickup location shipping options into service points and lockers shipping options.
