Release 23.05 will contain improvements for our Web app and REST API, and the carriers Correos, DPD, and Mondial relay.

	What's changed
Correos	We added the shipping option Paq Ligero.
DPD	We added support for GB and non-EU shipping destinations.
Mondial Relay	We expanded the available origin and destination countries.
Web app	We added a non-unique General Identifier field on our shipping options page.
REST	We added the non-unique General Identifiers to our shippingOptions and pickupLocations response.
