Release 22.39 will contain improvements for carriers DPD and PostNL & our Webapp and Platform

	What's changed
PostNL	We changed the default response character set to UTF-8 so we can receive service points with special characters.
Webapp	We have removed the ambiguous doubled United Kingdom options in our drop-downs.
Platform	We no longer accept UK as a valid country code.
