This dashboard offers hourly updates on carrier status, split into different stages from shipment creation to delivery, to help you further discover the potential for lost or delayed packages and deep dive into certain shipments over the past two weeks.

Note

Return shipments, mailbox shipments, and some small carriers are not included in this dashboard.

Key numbers

Here you can find the total numbers (created over the last two weeks) of:

  • TOTAL CREATED: # of labels that were printed.
  • NOT SCANNED: % of labels that were printed but are not scanned by the carrier(s) yet.
  • IN TRANSIT: % of shipments on their way for delivery, scanned but not yet delivered.
  • DELIVERED: % of shipments delivered (e.g. @home, @neighbours, @ pickup point).
  • MEDIAN DURATION: median duration from shipments scanned to delivered.

Note

The median is the middle number in a sorted, ascending, or descending, list of numbers and can be more descriptive of that data set than the average.
