Release 22.11 will contain improvements for Instabox and Dynalogic.

	What's changed
Instabox	We changed the checkout logo to the new Instabox logo. We improved the Instabox shipping options to support 'not at neighbours'.
Dynalogic	We updated the test endpoint in our staging environment.
