Release 21.29 will contain improvements for the carriers DHL and B2C Europe.

Functionality	What's changed
DHL	We improved the pre-registration according to the latest carrier requirements regarding mandatory fields.
B2C Europe	We upgraded the pre-registration to version 2.4. We implemented the new barcode logic for labels.
