Release 21.26 will contain improvements for the carriers Budbee and PostNL.

Functionality	What's changed
Budbee	We added shipping options Exact Same Day and Next Day delivery via Budbee's pre-booking mechanism.
PostNL	We added 4 new "Return when not home" shipping options. We made a bug fix for Extra@Home, in which multiple pre-registrations were sent to PostNL for the same order.
