Release 19.28 contains improvements to the DHL Parcel labels, PostNL status updates, and UPS shipping options.

Functionality	What's changed
DHL Parcel	We now create labels according to DHL Parcel's new 5.7.4 standard, which applies to the DHL For You, Europlus, Parcel Connect and Selektvracht / Ecommerce shipping options.
PostNL	PostNL delivery status updates now contain PostNL's new telephone number.
UPS	UPS shipping options now work properly with Paazl's REST API en Checkout Widget The SOAP API deliveryEstimate request now works properly for all US postal codes when using the UPS_GROUND shipping option
