Release 19.12 includes several internal improvements and carrier bug fixes for DPD and Bpost.

| DPD | Semicolons used to separate addresses in the dispatch file are now correctly inserted. |
| Bpost | Labels where the word "null" appeared on the label when the field <Nameother> was left empty. These now show the correct information. |
