Release 21.02 will contain improvements for carriers UPS and Sagawa.

Functionality	What's changed
UPS	We removed the Paazl validation for the COD amount. UPS has its own validation and therefore will always be more accurate, as it's their web service.
Sagawa	We added the shipping date, total packages, and tracking numbers to the shipping manifest.
