Release 20.23 contains an expansion for DHL Parcel and bugfixes.

Functionality	What's changed
DHL Parcel	We expanded our Delivery Matrix to show all available countries for DHL Parcel Connect. You can now also select Greece, Ireland, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, and the United Kingdom.
