Release 25.27 will contain an improvement for Mondial Relay, UPS and DHL locator.

	What's changed
Mondial Relay	We removed the HOC and HOD options from the shipping method MONDIALRELAY_HOME for shipments to France.
UPS REST API	We updated the logic for insured value shipments.
DHL locator	The locator now accepts postal codes in both `XX-XXX` and `XXXXX` formats.
