Overview of Paazl support requests
This article explains how you can easily keep an overview of all your Paazl support requests. This function makes it easier to stay updated on the status and replies of all your created tickets. You can also view, respond to, or close your requests directly from here without needing to open your e-mail.
Where to find your requests?
There are two options to find this overview for all your support requests:
- ship.paazl.com: Use the available request tracking feature.
- support.paazl.com: Click the "Sign In" button in the top-right corner. Here you are able to log in via your Paazl account.
Once logged in, you’ll be able to see all of your own support requests, as well as any tickets where you’ve been CC’d. This is the default setting.
Organization ticket overview
Would you like to see all tickets submitted within your organization? That’s possible!
A key contact is standard enabled for this overview, and can send a request to Paazl Support to enable this feature for other users.
Ticket statuses
There are three ticket statuses you can filter by:
- Open – The Paazl support team is currently working on the request.
- Awaiting your reply – Paazl is waiting for a response from your side.
- Resolved – The ticket is closed and no further action is expected.
New request
If you would like to send a new message to Paazl Support, you can do so directly via the 'Submit a request' button. After you have sent the message, it will appear immediately in the ticket overview.
