Release 23.45 will contain improvements for the carriers GLS, PostNL and FedEx

	What's changed
GLS (NL)	We have integrated GLS Parcel Shop Delivery via webservices.
PostNL	We have added digital barcodes (smart returns) functionality and improved valid return term on shipping option Business reply number.
FedEx	We now support for commercial invoices letterhead and signature in our shipment registrations.
