Release 23.44 will contain improvements for the carriers PostNL, PostNord, and DHL Parcel eCommerce.

	What's changed
PostNL	We improved the delivery date in shipment registrations (PostNL webservice).
PostNord	We added the consignor reference in shipment registrations.
DHL Parcel eCommerce	We improved our 'send label by email' functionality.
