Release 23.40 will contain an improvement for the carriers B2C Europe, DHL Deutschland, FedEx, and PostNL.

B2C Europe	We added Saturday delivery for countries and final mile carriers.
DHL DE	We improved our carrier events mapping.
FedEx	We added several shipping options.
PostNL	We added the shipping option Delivery Duty Paid GB. We added 'heen en terug' capability to several outbound shipping options.
