Shipment Tracking
1. Renamed the Shipping From Filter to Merchant Country and renamed the Shipping To Filter to Customer Country.
2. Added the Nominated Date column to each Table.
In the Tables Not Scanned and In Transit, you can now find the Nominated Date column, displaying the delivery date in case a specific delivery date was nominated for the shipment. It also presents the number of days left/delayed compared with the current date. This information will help you keep a close eye on shipments that have a nominated date.
Green: Nominated Date-Current Date>= 2 days (The Nominated Delivery Date is more than two days from today)
Yellow: Nominated Date-Current Date>= 0 day AND Nominated Date-Current Date<= 1 day (The parcel needs to be delivered either today or tomorrow based on Nominated Date)
Red: Nominated Date-Current Date<0 day (The Nominated Delivery Date has passed)
In the Delivered table, you can find the Nominated Date compared to the actual Delivered Date.
Green (On time): Delivered Date is equal to Nominated Date (The shipment was exactly delivered on the Nominated Date)
Red (Not on time): Delivered Date is not equal to Nominated Date (The shipment was not delivered on the Nominated Date)
You can use the color buttons in the bottom right corner to filter the table.
Carrier Performance
1. For the simplicity of the dashboard, we removed the Created to Scanned section.
You can find the same insights in the Shipment Details From Created To Delivered Section.
2. Added HitRate Of Nominated Date Per Carrier section
In these charts you find an analysis of the shipments that have a Nominated Date, and whether they actually got delivered on this Nominated Day.
As shown from the photo above, from the drop-down menu, you can access our brand new charts: "Hit rate of nominated date per carrier".
Here you can view each carrier's hit rate (success rate) for Nominated Date deliveries over a period of several months, and the overview of the
proportions of on-time/not on-time nominated date shipments over the last six months.
Hitrate of Nominated Date Per Carrier Over Time
The line chart above shows the hitrate(the percentage of the nominated shipments delivered on the extract date requested compared with the total
nominated shipments) of Nominated Date shipments per carrier over time.
Here you can compare the hitrate in two dimensions:
1. vertical (timeline): look at the hitrates of a certain carrier over time. To easily keep track of its performance to see if there are going up
with the performance or hard drops during a certain period so that we can then further look into the problems.
2. horizontal (carriers): compare the hitrate of chosen carriers, who are doing a better job during the selected period.
Hitrate of Nominated Date Shipments Over Time
The bar chart above shows the overview of on-time/not-on-time delivery proportions for the past 6 months.
Here you can view the proportions of not/on time of all carriers/shipments over time in a comprehensive view.
3. You can download the Table-Not On Time-Nominated Date Shipments if further analysis/deep dive is needed.
Below is an example of the downloaded Excel file.
